Hello all, it's a very grey day here, shame after having a couple of lovely sunny days. I got loads of stuff done yesterday and thankfully I was pain free all day, first time for weeks. I even pulled some clothes out of the wardrobe because there's too much in there and my clothes are getting creased.
Today I have a load ready to go in the wash and I want to clean the bathroom. I'll try on some of the clothes too and decide whether to keep, pack away or give to the cs because some things haven't been worn for ages.
Snoozer fingers crossed that everything goes well for Esben today, hope the little man recovers quickly.
Take care all, hugs aplenty if needed.

Snoozer I will be thinking of Esben today I hope he’s up and flying about soon and also DP1 your brave little star she does say some funny things. I can’t decide what to do with myself today obviously that flaming kitchen floor is to wash again I’ve just put the heating on I’m feeling cold and lazy I will wait until my brain heats up a bit and then decide. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing11

Morning all. A rinse and repeat day for the weather - grey and miserable, but at least dry. Let's hope February is an improvement on last month.
I had a very productive day yesterday and got done everything on my To Do list. Friday admin/banking, reported non-collection of recycling bins, some paper shredding, next week's meal plan, new microwave ordered. Just a basic one as that's all I need and it's being delivered tomorrow. Today I'll move the old one and clean the worktop/wall tiles ready for its arrival. So that's a new fridge/freezer and microwave bought recently - dare I hope there isn't a no.3?I also made bread for the week and cooked 6 jacket potatoes, two in the fridge and 4 frozen.
I've nothing specific planned for today but might go for a walk this afternoon if it stays dry. I need the exercise and feel better after some fresh air. Tea tonight is chicken and mushroom supreme with one of the jacket potatoes.
Enjoy your day whatever you're doing and take care. XBe kind to others and to yourself too.9 -
We have the tea lights lit for a bit of warmth but will go up to Leicester early and check in to our P Inn. Our gas engineer is going to come first thing Monday but the error code indicates it might be the pump in the boiler
@Coxy11 The size of that garden!! We once had a cottage on a quarter acre plot and that was pre children. And are you thinking of an allotment as well?!7 -
Just a quick update. Esben had his op, they removed his adenoids as well. The surgeon said a lot of gunk came out of his ears. He said it was very satisfying because some of them hardly leak.8
