    I've had similar with Virgin. Was only coppers, but was sort of the principle of the matter. However, they basically didn't want to know. Fobbed me off & said it's the fraud department, fraud department then say they don't deal with Interest etc, refuse to take responsibility for losing their customers money.

    bingo, it's virgin again. it's really a bad experience to customers. delaying the payment had made trouble to the customer already, they further expolit the interest the customer derserves made the matter very bad.
