Potential damage to ceiling from above flat banging

I have ongoing issues with noise and banging from my upstairs flat which I am trying to resolve, bu has only got worse.
Monday evening, there we bangs so loud my ceiling was shaking and I had to go up and see what was going on, they claimed they were using Mortar and Pestle on their kitchen side work top which is above my bedroom (victoria era conversion).
Anyhow, a day later I noticed these cracks and movement in my ceiling, that have never been there before. I bought it in September and I know these are new since buying it certainly, the pictureon rightmove clearly shows they are not there.
The tenant, her letting agency and the leasehold management company are basically all denying theres any noise and even gaslighting me into that im imagining it. She used to do cardio exercises I had to tell her not to do and it made my light fitting fall out from its secured placed.
Ill attach pictures.
How would one even go about resolving this, its almost impossible to prove it right? I dont have building insurance but the building obviouslt does. I am responsible for my internal walls, but the damage has not been caused by me or the building (I beleive), its been caused by the above movements? The management company told me to talk to my insurer, they dont care and want me to take fault.
Any advice appreciated

I dont have building insurance, which I appreciate is something I should have. I understand that might leave me in a vulnerable situation here.0 -
