SUCCESS: Claim by Euro Car Parks (represented by DCB Legal) struck out

I'd like to thank the MSE community for their help in enabling me to defend myself against a spurious claim by Euro Car Parks (represented by DCB Legal). 

The claim was struck out by the allocating judge.

The templates and guidance available on these forums were invaluable.

MSE won't let me post links (too new to the forums) to my (redacted) defence and the judgement but please PM me if you can post them on my behalf.

Post an altered link - use hxxps://..... and the forum won't think it is a link.  We can then manually change it

You can show pictures as a newbie.

I did try this (as I saw that mentioned previously) but it blocked the posts.

 Here’s a picture of the order:

I’ve blanked it out but I gather it’s helpful for you to know the court, this was Sheffield. The order was served towards the end of January 2025.
