I don't send internationally so don't know if that is a different screen, but I printed a dozen UK labels this morning with no issue.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Could this be because of the need to pay for German VAT and customs clearance in advance? If the value is under 150 Euros/ £135 Pounds you need to use a carrier that offers this service and maybe none of the Packlink carriers you mentioned do this. If you go to Royal Mail, for instance, you need to fill in the customs declaration, it calculates the fees and you pay the this plus the postage cost. Hopefully you've built this into the price you've charged. The attraction of the Global Shipping Programme is that all of this is dealt with for you and the buyer just sees the total price before they commit to buying. You only have to get it sent to a UK address and Ebay deal with the rest (and any problems that may occur).0
