Do you realise this doesn't get you off liability? The NTKs were probably POFA-worded which gives ECP the right to keeper liability.

EXCEPT if you gave the name and postal address of the driver, which you need to prove that you did, as an exhibit (you must prove you transferred liability and when, not merely that you weren't driving):

PCN for the 8th April 2022 - The drivers details were sent to Euro Car Parks so that liability could be transferred, I was at work on this date (see exhibit 1)

Whether you win all three or not will probably be down to lack of signage evidence, so don't include any close-ups of signs as exhibits. Don't help them.

Do be very very clear on why a PPC cannot lawfully add 3x £70 (totalling £210) as a jumped-up and extortionate enhancement. This is vital at the hearing if you pick up that things might not be going your way. You need to rehearse the reasons why that is double recovery and excessive (it's in your defence, in detail, if you used the template)..

Also be aware of the case law that confirms that a party does not have to tell the other party about their mistakes.  In case you get to the hearing, the error is then spotted and they try to twist your silence against you:

Thank you. Yes the NTK are worded correctly, all the drivers details were given I don't have a copy as it was just a hand written later and I didn't take a copy of it unfortunately.
Yes I do have the details in the WS about the extra charges being inflated, I did use template on here for that.
