Barclaycard Credit Card Cashback

I had an email from Barclays saying you no longer had to wait until you earn £5 cashback from the rewards partner website.

I have tried claiming mine but it says I don't have enough funds even though an email I have states this should no longer be an issue.

Has anyone else had the email and has anyone else claimed leas than £5?

We’re getting in touch to let you know about a change to your terms and conditions relating to your Barclaycard Cashback Rewards account.

From 28 January 2025, you no longer need to wait until you’ve earned a minimum of £5 cashback to redeem your Barclaycard Cashback Rewards. Instead, you’ll be able to redeem your Cashback back to your Barclaycard as soon as it’s available.

Ways to redeem

As a reminder, there are different ways you can redeem including:

• Redeem your cashback back to your Barclaycard
  
• Trade up for an eGift card at a range of participating retailers
  
• Donate it to a charity.

Have you tried since 28 January?

I claimed less than £5 (£4.55) from mine on the 28th without any issue.

Yes, pretty much every day.
I have contacted Barclays and just awaiting a response but was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.
