SumUp Business account

Has anyone used the SumUp business account? I use SumUp for taking customer money that is transfered to my natwest acc but Natwest do not allow payment received notifications so I'm thinking about moving to SumUp.

It ticks the boxes of what I need, but... it's not an actual bank, so I'm not sure whether to jump. Any experiences would be welcome :)

We're just about to start using a SumUp machine for a local non-profit making organisation.

Our treasurer has mentioned the associated bank account, given that we are now having to pay charges for our current bank account, but we haven't explored this in any detail yet.

Looking forward to any comments others may have.

No experience with a SumUp account, I use a Square terminal for taking card payments etc and payments go to my Starling business bank account which gives me a notification for all payments received. Works well for me.
