Terms and Conditions for Kabannas Liverpool Upviral Competition Giveaway Campaign

Promotion Name and Organizer: The campaign is titled the Kabannas Liverpool Upviral Competition, hereafter referred to as the "Promotion". The Promotion is organised by Kabannas Liverpool.

Prize Details: Participants have the chance to win a complimentary 2-night stay at Kabannas Liverpool in a private, ensuite room. The stay is for 2 adults and includes complimentary accommodation and breakfast (continental mid-week and cooked on weekends).

Increasing Chances of Winning: Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing the Promotion through provided share buttons or inviting others to participate via a unique referral link.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and notified by email within two weeks after the end of the Promotion. Further correspondence regarding the result will not be entered into.

Conduct Requirements: The winner agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Kabannas Newcastle and any applicable third-party venues during the stay.

Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Kabannas Liverpool to facilitate the Promotion.

I've already entered so can't try to again, but the form seems to be loading up fine;

Hmmm, I'm not sure why that would be then. Sorry I can't help. Mine went through fine and I can't see any reason to think it's any kind of scam.

Hopefully someone will have some advice to help.
