Overhead door closer specifications - flat

Sorry to start a new thread but this is a very specific question, hope someone can help?

I need two door closers, one for an internal flat door and one for the external (a door between our flat and the communal hallway). Do these needs to be very specific to meet current fire regulations, do I need 2 different kinds?

Dont want to overspend. We are selling and need these to be compliant, I am hoping I can go to ScrewFix etc, then buy and install them myself.

Do you mean an overhead door closer?

Screwfix do them and they can be approved fire ones.

yes closers! will even the cheapest one meet regulations for the external door?

The arm has broken off my old one and ideally I would just buy a new arm, but google shows me arms for £30+ and closers for £150+ which seems so steep.
