Got a bogus PCN! need help and advice to challenge please!

So i received a completely bogus PCN which the 'warden' took 'picture evidence' for from the driving seat of his car (unmarked old vehicle). I appealed against it, however it was rejected without stating why! I have attached images of the PCN and rejection of appeal. The rejection letter does not even include a validation code to nappeal to the IAS.

Is there anything I can do to stop the whole process before it goes to court. Or anyone i can make a further complaint to?

No, is the simple answer,  just ignore them until you receive a Letter of Claim followed by a court claim

Your notice shows the observation period as 20 seconds. I'd check out what the observational period is before a pcn can be issued in new Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice.

Complain to your MP and make sure he/she is aware of the long standing private parking problem and motorists need Govt protection from this industry's greedy nasty behaviours.

My goodness there are soooo many current threads with rogue practice evident!

How will I show all these recent examples to the Government; it is so bad now that the MHCLG may as well read the whole forum...

Someone hiding in a parked car, taking secret photos to upload as 'evidence' of a 20 second stop is neither fair (consideration period) parking management nor is it overt surveillance.

It is covert; IMHO this is cheating motorists.

I bet the driver had no idea that images were being taken or what the sign might have said.

By the way there is no such thing as an 'IAS Code'. If the rejection offered the 'kangaroo court' of IAS then you could have used it (you'd have lost because practically everyone does; it is considered as bent as a nine-bob note and finds in favour of the PPC 95% of the time).

IAS is futile and IMHO not fit for purpose.

Sit tight and totally ignore them. You WANT this one to go to a court claim, LOL!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was trying to understand how you'd got a ticket on a public road...(and actually I can only find this spot)
I assume the goon was lurking in the same location (parked there by the look of the photo - in breach of the very unclear T&Cs). Not only that the sign in the bays doesn't seem to make it clear its for loading...

What a bunch of wasters NPC are - this sadly is the situation where you have companies such as NPC giving incentives for every paid ticket - might not even have been a warden, just some eejit with the app hoping to make £15 per ticket!!!

I'd also argue that the address on the PCN is incorrect, and the postcode, that site's address is palmer road or nine elms, and certainly not SW8 4AA (which is marked in the next picture...)
