Dear Snax192744, I saw your post about your window replacement. I'm unfortunately in an almost identical situation now. I had windows replaced throughout my house, and since then, the draft and cold have been unbearable. The installer is refusing to acknowledge the issue or do anything about it. Any updates on your end? I'd appreciate any advice you might have.0

I suggest you start your own thread with your problems.

Been having similar problems with smarts alitherm heritage windows. Air coming through individual frames. I have been reading the manufacturing notes and it clearly states windows should be made airtight during manufacturing process. States sealant to be added.
Our fitter has given up and is refusing to return to fix the issues!0 -
