Help please with notice of disassociation

After a relationship break-up I am following the advice to ask the credit reference agencies to place a notice of disassociation on my credit files. Experian was very easy and I just had to complete an online form. However, I can't find where or how I can do this with Equifax and TransUnion. Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

The notices generally do little to nothing, it is the joint products being removed and the so the link is no longer there that makes a difference. Notices of disassociation, just like notices of correction are largely meaningless.
Equifax and TransUnion both only allow you to do these on paid accounts, which indicates just how pointless they are (they cannot hide sensible things behind a paywall).0 -

That makes sense as to why I couldn't find how or where to do a notice of disassociation with Equifax and TransUnion. I am certainly not paying just to be able to do this!
