Looks like a scam site. Incredibly basic, no real detail, looks like lots of copper plate corporate nonsense, no sensible contact details or address.

In its, "terms of use" I notice this bizarre term: "When a withdrawal request is initiated from your portfolio,  Glooverbell will charge 8% on withdrawal. "

Scam site. Who suggested that they invest with them?

Website domain registered in 2021 on an annual basis.  However, none of the "news" articles pre-date 30th January 2025.

The terminology is not consistent with UK wording and does not meet UK regulatory standards.   Data on the website is out-of-date.

There is no company with "Glooverbell" in their name or trading style on the FCA register.  So, they are not authorised to offer the services they claim to offer to UK residents.

There is no company with the Glooverbell in their name at Companies House.  So, no registration in the UK.

No tweets from Glooverbell since 2022

Someone I know has been referred to this website to invest.
The fact that this company is not authorised to offer services to UK residents alone suggests that it is likely a scam.  Other things from the website present concerns.

At least some of the content appears to have been copied and pasted from sections of other corporate websites.
For example the "About Us" section using the phrase "We use the acronym ‘PEARL+’ to define our culture and the way we behave" appears to have been copied straight from this website:

(KBC appears to be a completely unrelated investment company based in Belgium).

A fake scammer on social media suggested this website.

Just wanted to see what people say and what techniques they may have to check scam websites, as I haven't had to do this before or seen something so blatant.

    Other things I found:
-google search gives very few results, only half web page, for what website suggests is a sizeable investment company

    -no address, no phone number

-website does not respond to emails sent to: info@glooverbell.com, support@glooverbell.com

-one of search results for US Better Business Bureau said website had not responded to questions, so to treat with caution

-web links on home page don't work

-if you register and create account, they want you to transfer money via Bitcoin cryptocurrency

Also no indication there is actually any registered company behind the name.

Please say that you used a one-off or disposable email etc for this registration. It will get battered by spam forever.

    red flags
    1. https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/glooverbell-com-review/
    2. Detected on Blacklist engines.
    3. They do not supply a business address or a phone number
    4. The only way to contact them is via email.
    5. At the bottom of the webpage, they do not state a FRN
    6. I cannot find them on the FCA Financial Service Register.
