Failed Maryland Bridge

I had a Maryland bridge fitted 7 months ago costing NHS band 2 price of £319.
It was recommended as a non invasive treatment to fill the gap at the side of my mouth where I had recently lost a crown.
Initially it looked great, however after 6 months it fell out whilst eating chocolate!
I went back to the dentist who happily refitted it, however the same day after returning home it fell out after eating some soft bread.
The dentist advised for the Maryland bridge to go back to the lab.
Not sure what the lab would do but it returned within 7 days and I returned to the dentist for it to be refitted again.
It took 3 attempts to fit it, the first 2 times it fell straight out, so the dentist fitted it at a slightly different angle which made the bite not quite right. It didn't feel right so I returned to the dentist to have it shaved down a fraction.
It was better but not 100%, it's been less than 2 weeks and it's come out again whilst eating a wrap. My dentist said that I have a deep bite and wouldn't be suitable for an implant. I don't want a full bridge which would be very invasive.
My question is am I entitled to have a refund of the £319 I paid for something that has failed in under 12 months?

You cant get a refund in NHS care. You received the treatment and its turned out not to be suitable. Perhaps your dentist should have assessed that prior to doing the treatment2
