Purchase price incorrect on Land Transaction Return Form

Hello

I am a buyer who is close to signing the contract.

I received the Land Transaction Return form by my solicitor to sign however the purchase price on the property is incorrect- it should be £85,000 not £90,000. Is this a potential issue- should i contact my solicitor to amend this?

    It would make more sense to speak to your solicitor than to us - yes, unless there's some logic to the £90k price then I expect it's simply an error and should be fixed.
