Smart Parking

Hello I viewed a property a few weeks ago and there was a camera on the car park for the flats, they have now sent me a “Parking Charge” not a PCN.

Within 14 days £60. 28 days £100 then after that a £10 admin charge gets added and they go to debt recovery agent?

Thank you in anticipation!

your thinking about this the wrong, stop thinking about the amounts, use this appeal to beat them , use their appeals portal
This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw

LOL its worked for over 13 years with smart parking!!!!!!! it always work with APCOA non penalty cases,  NCP/APCOA airport cases  and if its a popla appeal (smart parking)  then "this operator does not have a contract to issue pcns at this site" beats smart parking everytime @ POPLA

Make sure your MP is aware of the long standing private parking problem and Govt must protect motorists from this industry's greedy nasty behaviours.

    • email your MP, easy with Smoof's template letter (change to suit your situation)
    • sign/share petition demanding re-launch of Govt-backed Parking Code

The bit you are 'not seeing' is the name of the parking company.
Please re-read the thread title.   ;)

    Indeed there is obviously! :D

  • Could you post up the pcn both sides please
They appear to have suddenly moved over to being pofa compliant for some of them so let's check first
