Hi,
New here. Have read the necessary so hopefully not wasting anyone’s time. I appealed the PCN for parking following advice gleaned in newbie threads based (i) on poor signage on site (no signs at the far end of the car park, possible to get out of car & walk into park without seeing one apart from the small one at the halfway along the entrance road which is not lit and deliberately in muted colours, places in right side of the road) (ii) photos of my car are not date stamped (iii) they got my address wrong on original letter. Have now received this. Please could you advise on my next steps? Thanks

Read a few Gemini threads. Seen that before and people have responded and slapped them into cancelling.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you both for such speedy replies. Chirpy Chicken, please could you let me know why no response needed and what their next step is likely to be when they escalate? Thanks!0

Ok! I’ve read some Gemini threads; would you suggest to ignore the letter I received, or respond with lines:
- Keeper doesn't need to provide driver details.
- Pretending that keeper can't appeal is unlawful.
- Either drop the PCN or go to court. Many thanks again for your time 👍0 -

Why would you be even thinking about sending anything to the CNBC?basketball17 said:Could I also check if I need to send it to APCOA and/or ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk?Thank you!B-ball
Nowhere in this thread have you given any clue that you might have a court claim to deal with.
Do you have a court claim to defend yourself against?
And out of interest, what has APCOA got to do with this Gemini PCN?
Scrub that last sentence.
I see that Gemini stated in their response to your appeal...
How strange.2 -
Thanks, no I’ve not got a court claim so will scrub the CNBC.Back to my original queries, should this go to APCOA or Gemini (or both)? And any suggestions on the content?Thanks!0
