If i have defaults from 2017 - which i assume should be removed from my credit file. I am currently paying by way of a DMP.
Is it worth still paying or would it be unenforceable? Is it to down CCA route?

What makes you think your debts would be unenforceable if you have been paying them via a DMP?
Just because they drop off your credit file, it doesn't mean they are any the less collectable.
Stop paying you risk CCJ`s, do CCA requests by all means, if they fail to produce what is required, then they become unenforceable.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
