Iceland Supersweep Competition

1. Instagram Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering the competition, entrants accept that they shall have no rights of claim against Instagram and shall fully release Instagram from any action or claim arising out of the competition.

2. Prize:

· The prize consists of Bonus Card Pounds loaded onto winner’s digital or physical Bonus Card equivalent to the total amount of the shopping in the winning participant’s trolley, subject to the maximum value of £300 (“the “Prize”). The winning participant will be the participant whose trolley has the highest total value (prices as at the time of filming on the 28th January 2025 after a 90s session) in the Iceland Supersweep competition (“Winning Participant”).

· One winner will be selected from all eligible entries.

· Bonus Card Pounds may take up to 72 hours to be added to winner’s bonus card.

· No cash or gift voucher alternatives.

· In the event that the winner does not have a Bonus Card, Iceland’s Customer Care team will arrange for a Bonus Card account to be registered in the winner’s name. 3. Entry Criteria:

· Entries to the competition are made by leaving a comment on the Instagram post between Wednesday 29th January and 11:59pm Sunday 2nd February inclusive (the "Entry Period") predicting which of the three participants will be the Winning Participant.

· The entrant must also be following @icelandfoods on Instagram.

· Those who complete all these steps will be automatically entered into the competition. Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed, first entry accepted with all subsequent entries from the same Instagram account disregarded. Entry to the competition is available to Instagram, account holders only.

· Entries received outside the Entry Period or which do not meet the entry criteria will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

· The winner will be selected on Monday 3rd February 2025 using a random computerised process. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries who correctly guessed the Winning Participant.

· Iceland Foods will announce the winner in the comments section of the Instagram post by the 5th February 2025. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 2 days.

5. Claiming the Prize:

· The winner must contact Iceland Foods by Instagram direct message (@icelandfoods) within 7 days of the announcement to claim their Prize and provide their bonus card details. If the winner does not get in touch and provide the relevant details within 7 days, the Prize will be forfeited, and another prize winner may be selected in accordance with the process set out above.

6. Eligibility:

· The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

· Employees of Iceland Foods Limited and their immediate families or anyone connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

7. Content Moderation:

· Iceland Foods accepts no responsibility for the content of any posts on Instagram. Iceland Foods reserves the right to immediately remove any non-genuine, copied, unsuitable, obscene, derogatory, or otherwise offensive posts, photographs, or other material at any time and without notice. Entrants posting such materials will be automatically disqualified and may be blocked from Iceland Foods’ Instagram page at Iceland Foods’ discretion.

8. Publicity:

· The competition winner’s Instagram handle will be posted on Iceland Foods Instagram page, and their surname and county will be made available on request once the winner has been confirmed. Contact Iceland Foods Customer Care on 0800 328 0800. Lines are open between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday, and 8am-6pm Sunday (opening hours subject to change and calls may be recorded).

· By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition at Iceland Foods’ discretion.

9. Liability:

· The result of the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into Iceland Foods will not be liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond their control.

· By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Changes to the Competition:

· Iceland Foods reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend the competition or these terms and conditions without prior notice if necessary.

11. Data Protection:

· By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data (name, Instagram handle, contact details, etc.) in accordance with Iceland Foods’ privacy policy.

· Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

· The only personal data Iceland Foods will process about each entrant for the purpose of the prize draw is their name, Instagram account handle and for the winner, their telephone number, email address, bonus card number and postal address for confirming that they have won the prize ("Personal Data"). Iceland Foods will process personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and Iceland Foods’ privacy policy, which can be found at: http://www.iceland.co.uk/privacy-policy. Any questions about these should be directed to the Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@iceland.co.uk.

· Iceland Foods will be required, with the winner’s prior consent, to share the winner’s Personal Data with Iceland Foods’ nominated courier services provider for the sole purpose of delivering the Prize to the winner. 12. Governing Law:

· The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
