Company Lease car insurance

I have a really stressful situation and would really appreciate some good advice!
I have a company car lease and unfortunately I had an accident which almost certainly means the car will be written off. I was the only vehicle involved so will be declared at fault.
I have checked my policy and I have correctly declared that I don't own the vehicle and its leased but I have made a mistake when I registered the policy and listed myself as the registered keeper. A stupid mistake, I know, and I am kicking myself.
I am freaking out thinking I am going to have to pay for everything. Is this likely to be the case?
