Never moving house again!

We had a purchase (that fell through) where the seller's solicitors would dawdle over answering queries whereas we would turn info around in 48 hours or less (we knew our conveyancers personally).

The sales agents would ring and harass us to exchange every 3 days. I lost it when they rang up ordering us to exchange because the seller's solicitor had responded to our solicitor that morning. Turns out they hadn't answered any questions properly. I blocked the agent, rang the office and said I refused to deal with that cretin again. His commission abd targets were not my concern.

Never been so stressed in my life.....

Last week we agreed with the sellers on 3rd march. I booked the removals etc. Check with our buyers yep. Just waiting for contract exchange.

Yesterday, our sellers said sorry we can't move into the empty house because the guys said its not enough notice for him to empty the garage. In other words, no-one checked that he was ok for the 3rd.

Long story, my Removal company couldn't do for 2 weeks. The end seller refused to budge. (Knowing what our sellers are like Im betting hes been messed around by them). 

The seller refused to move out into a hotel or family for 3 days. In the end, I threatened to cancel, nope still no. The instructed my solictor to tell them we're out.

Only then did they agree. No need for it. I can't even imagine how many hours everyones wasted with these idiots this week......
