Where to raise complaint re Ovo debt pursuit practice

I have previously posted about OVO energy when I had an account about very poor customer service . I won a case with the ombudsman and OVO settled due to their incorrect billing of gas . they then didn't bill me for gas for the remainder of my fixed deal contract and although I repeatedly asked them to they ignored . worried about a large bill at the end took them to the ombudsman again . this time OVO suddenly invented a new gas meter ( never installed ) with a zero starting meter reading and then calculated the gas used on my existing meter so coming up with a factious very high usage ! the ombudsman saw the problem straight away and ordered OVO to recalculate , refund me the difference and for a second time asked them to pay £150 goodwill . firstly OVO challenged the ombudsman decision , it went higher up the chain of command at the ombudsman , they upheld their decision and OVO accepted . I received an apology letter from OVO saying they had acted perfectly and agreed to pay £600 through my account ; this never came . after several months and no redress. I contacted the ombudsman and they explained they cant make energy companies adhere to their rulings !!!!!!
they advised me to use the small claims court where I could include a claim for 20 hours of my time wasted ( not allowed under ombudsman claims ) so I put in a claim for £1200 . OVO contacted 1 day before online judgement agreeing to pay £600 only and threatening me if I didn't accept they would use this up on their legal costs and I would be left with nothing ! I sent a short reply that read " only if a loss but I will win " they responded within 1/2 hour asking me offering to pay me the £1200 into my bank and that they were a first rate company and accepted no liability for this error but were doing it out of the goodness of their heart ! I received this but it didn't appear on my old OVO account as it was a court settlement .
I had moved suppliers 6 months before all this happened but had still the OVO account showing incorrect figures , then a further 3 months passed and I received an email from OVO stating they had finalised my account after 9 months and that I was due £600 which they transferred : that was the point of the original complaint !!!!!!!!!!!!0
