I know this, but very often the articles are 40 odd pages, and when I want to scribble on them or highlight bits, it's just easier to print it off, and if we're expected to have them in seminars then I have to. I don't really print anything else off other than work. But I do understand your point, and thanks for the suggestions
Oh, OK then. Save it as a file / highlight the bits on screen / edit your scribbles in (easier to read than your writing ... if it's like mine?) a different colour. Then condense it to the bits you need, which can save pages.

Any office supplies type website will deliver cheap paper - someone suggested Viking, which is the one I use (through a cashback site). Be careful when shopping around though, because for office supplies they often give the price without VAT.0
