Mediation done. Followed the advice, offered them zero.
She did ask one question though and asked "did you move at any time"
I said yeah twice I moved home and that ai never once recieved a PCN or any evidence of the alleged contravention when they had every opportunity to within their subsequent chain of letters. Then I summarised the rest of unfairness with their awful signs, lack of appeals etc and then just said I offer absolutely zero and no compromise.
They offered a settlement of £250 lol get lost.3 -
OK, so it will now proceed in the usual manner to your local nominated civil court, same as all the others1

Hi everyone just letting you know DCB legal have discontinued the fine exactly as you said it would. I followed the steps and it worked!!!
Is there any info you want me to put in this thread or shall I make a new one with the email from them?3 -
Definitely not a fine in your case, but a pcn was issued and subsequently a civil court claim
