EHARMONY refused refund

Used EHarmony dating website for 18 months. They take DD via PayPal. I noticed payments had been continued for 2 years following cancellation. Cancellation acknowledged by EHarmony as correct but refuse refund. I nor them can access the account as it's closed. PayPal can only refund back six months' payments. Bank won't help as it's PayPal. Letters ignored, emails fobbed off and phone calls a waste of time now as account closed. They have stolen my money in my opinion. I have threatened legal action but can't afford it. Any suggestions?

Apart from taking legal action, you're out of options.

Legal action is the only way, especially now you've threatened it.
Avoid accusing them of theft. It's not.0 -
