Problem with brand new Mini

If you reject it you must not drive it.

What have the PCP company said?  I would complain to them.

The car is on the driveway at the moment and the dealer is coming to collect it tomorrow to verify if the fault is present. The PCP company is Mini Finance and although we complained directly to them, the Dealer is working with them on the rejection.

We have not driven it since we reported the problem is still there. Is there a legal reason why the car cannot be driven? The only reason I ask is the problem only manifests after about an hour of driving, so I was thinking of taking it around the block before it's collected with the hope the problem shows up for the dealer on the way back to the dealership.
