Misspelled name on loan application

I applied for a personal loan but after clicking submit and sending identification with my name, realised that I had spelled my first name with a double letter in the middle. Think ‘charrlie’ instead of ‘Charlie’.
i received an error message when submitting my ID and all I had was an error message, and a paragraph saying not to apply again within 60 days if the ID check did not go through.
im wary that this might flag up as fraud on my credit file, and am apprehensive to apply again with the correct spelling of my name if this could cause a CIFAs marker to appear on my file. Can anyone provide a little insight into what might happen? My Experian credit score is excellent and according to the soft check I can still get the same product, but I know the soft check will not show a CIFAs marker and I could become unstuck if this misspelling error has caused such a thing to happen.
i have applied for a DSAR just to check if anything is flagged in my file

Simplest is probably to give the lender a call and explain. There's a world of difference between intentional fraud and a genuine typing error.

I got a Santander current account (passing credit check) with a missing letter in my name, I only noticed when the confirmation of payee thing flagged it up when I was trying to move money in. Took a visit to branch with ID to sort it out but it wasn't an issue
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

This sounds dangerously like common sense, and cannot be allowed in this day and age.
