Hello,
Could anyone please advise the best course of action in response to the attached please?  It appears that the driver forgot to pay within the given timeframe and just wondered if any wording could be shared on how best to respond pleass?

    Yep just do the usual 100% winning appeal you'll find when you search the forum for the Gatwick Heathrow drop off group thread.

    Job done. Can't lose, as long as the keeper doesn't blab about who was driving.

    Thank you @coupon-mad.  I have just sent the appeal found underneath that thread.  I will keep you updated on the outcome. 

    My sister-in-law HAD paid the £5 charge and still received a £25 parking charge.
