UKPC parking fine - not parked correctly within markings

I've just received a PCN from UKPC for not parking correctly within the bay markings.
The photos provided show that only the rear left wheel is on (but not over) the bay line. I was parked in a parent child space at the end of the row and have appealed the notice based on my vehicle not being over any lines nor causing any issue to parking or driving of other vehicles. They also provided a photo of the car park sign with the terms and conditions but the writing is far too small to read.
I've tried to find information about following Plan A and am trying to find out who the landlord of the car park is but I can't find this information.
Any suggestions for the next steps?
Thanks all!

There aren't any next steps really you are in a scamming system and UKPC won't cancel they only want money, that appeal will be filed under ignore.UKPC will send rejection with POLA code (waste of time) useless debt collection letters then a court claim which you will defend up to the wall and they will eventually pull out.2

I would try POPLA because the yellow (wider edge) parts of a parent and child bay are there to allow easy parking and access for those shoppers with young children, so this is NOT 'parked outside of' a bay.
Don't bust a gut over it though. Appeals are a farce in this industry. If you lose at POPLA...so what? Nothing lost because we win at court claim stage and you'd pay nothing.
The property agent's name (the agent which runs the site) is shown and available at the entrance to the retail park, or online when you Google the place and read & dig around a bit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
