UKPC parking fine - not parked correctly within markings
The photos provided show that only the rear left wheel is on (but not over) the bay line. I was parked in a parent child space at the end of the row and have appealed the notice based on my vehicle not being over any lines nor causing any issue to parking or driving of other vehicles. They also provided a photo of the car park sign with the terms and conditions but the writing is far too small to read.
I've tried to find information about following Plan A and am trying to find out who the landlord of the car park is but I can't find this information.
Any suggestions for the next steps?
Thanks all!

Apologies - I posted the above before the picture had loaded!

There aren't any next steps really you are in a scamming system and UKPC won't cancel they only want money, that appeal will be filed under ignore.UKPC will send rejection with POLA code (waste of time) useless debt collection letters then a court claim which you will defend up to the wall and they will eventually pull out.3

I would try POPLA because the yellow (wider edge) parts of a parent and child bay are there to allow easy parking and access for those shoppers with young children, so this is NOT 'parked outside of' a bay.
Don't bust a gut over it though. Appeals are a farce in this industry. If you lose at POPLA...so what? Nothing lost because we win at court claim stage and you'd pay nothing.

UPDATE
Followed Plan A and emailed the shopping centre to complain. They've emailed to say the fine has been cancelled. Thankful for all the info on here.2 -

NCP issued a scam notice sent to me after I'd parked in their Gloucester Blackfriars trap in May. They claimed I'd parked outside the marked bays so I appealed via POPLA following the step by step on this forum and pointing out there were no markings on the crumbling asphalt surface and that the issue had been brought to NCP's attention by Gloucester Live in 2022. NCP withdrew their claim.

Please help, I parked my car over the lines in a parking bay at Matalan. I ignored the UKPC PCN and asked Matalan if they could cancel it. They kept saying appeal. The appeal time had already passed and I have explained this to Matalan. I have received no response from Matalan. I am now receiving many letters from debt recovery. Please see the latest letter below. Do I need to pay the £170 now?

You need to start your own thread this is an old one that belonged to someone else, it makes it confusing.
But you don't pay idiot debt collectors, read through the newbies and come back with your own thread.😉
