BPO COLLECTIONS ISSUES FOR 5 YEARS

I have lived in my current address for 17 years and 5 years ago I started to receive Debt letters from BPO for a Country Club Debt near me, which I have no affiliation with. The Country Clubs road name is part of my house name Smith Cottage (Changed for security) their road SMITH
