BPO COLLECTIONS ISSUES FOR 5 YEARS

I have lived in my current address for 17 years and 5 years ago I started to receive Debt letters from BPO for a Country Club Debt near me, which I have no affiliation with. The Country Clubs road name is part of my house name Smith Cottage (Changed for security) their road SMITH

    That has to be the vaguest connection for a debt collector to grab on to, that I've ever heard
