Santander problems?

I'm trying to read a document in the mailbox of the Santander appp on my phone.


At the moment (and this has ben going on since some time yesterday) I just get told

Sorry, the server is having a problem. Close tha app and try again later.

(Later) I also tried in a browser on my computer and got the same result.


Is anyone else having the same problem?

    Specifically, it is the Savings and Cash ISA Maturity Letter that Santander won't let me read. Other documents seem to be available. And I've now tried in the app on my iPhone, and both Safari and Chrome on my computer, with the same result.

    I suspect the letter will just tell me that the boosted rate on my Edge Saver will expire either at the end of February or the end of March, but I would like to read it.
