How to tell if a fund is registered for UK tax reporting?

I am trying to understand if the Invesco FTSE All-World UCITS ETF ACC fund has UK Reporting Fund status, as I read that UK individuals pay up to 45% on their investment gains if an offshore fund does not have status, compared to 20% if it does.
I've downloaded the document, from the government website (link below), but if I search "Invesco", it has no hits. Does anyone know what I should be searching?
