Court claim for parking fine

Options
Hello I have this parking fine which has now been transfer to a court claim as per attached.
I never got a chance to contest as my mother was in Hospital for 6 weeks just after this happened and I am still caring for her.
The fine is for a Moto station where my husband was on a long journey and had to stop to charge our ev car. I find it very unfair that you have to pay for parking when we need rest on long journeys and to charge our car. I suspect hubby fell asleep and lost track of time.
Can I do anything now or is it too late? I dont want to risk it coming back on me as its in my name as my car but I wasn't the driver!

Whose name is on the actual claim form   ? You or another person   ?

If it's definitely you then only that person,  you , can now defend against the claim itself , not the driver

Post the name of the parking company and the name of any legal company on the top left  (  C P Plus  ?  )

Post the issue date on the top right

Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details only first

Do NOT post an unredacted picture of the claim form,  meaning no personal details  are allowed here

Too late to change the name of the claimant, so you will have to defend. Practically it doesn't matter though as very very few single ticket claims ever get to a hearing. It's only doing some paperwork at the end of the day.

Easy to defend. Sounds like CP Plus/Group Nexus using DCB Legal?

    - Date of issue of the claim form?

    - Date you did the AOS when you read the second post of the NEWBIES thread?

    - Show us a picture of the POC (with VRM redacted as seen in all the other exact same Court claim threads you read before posting).

Please come back and answer the questions, and show us the POC. You can easily defend this and will pay nothing.

HI sorry I couldn't get logged in to reply. I went to the money claim website and did something because of the time running out and got a reply from the court saying I did it wrong. I will try and post everything later

This is all the paperwork I have, I have also been on moneyclaim and they have taken £300 but I think that depends on their findings whether they keep the money or not?! I'm not 100% sure

What do you mean?  Who has taken £300 and how; did you give  anyone, specifically CNBC, your credit/debit card or bank details?

    £303. That's a court fee.

You did that. So you've applied to set aside the Ccj...on what basis? What did you put in your N244?

    And as I asked before:
