Temu - Faulty Items?

Hi all,
I bought a coat from Temu 29/09/2024, delivered a while later. The zip has completely gone on it. I am aware of Temu's reputation and you get what you pay for, I was just wondering what my rights are and whether it is worth perusing anything in terms of a refund/replacement. I am unsure on the legal statutes in terms of purchases in this regard.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Whether it's worth pursuing will largely depend upon Temu's response when you speak to them, and the value of the coat. What did it cost to buy, and what would it cost to get a local dry-cleaner to put a new zip on it? Sometimes it's not worth engaging in what could be a lengthy back-and-forth when for a modest sum it can be fixed.
