Hi am am really worried hope you can help. I’ve ignored previous fine letters as advised but I’ve now received a DCBL debt recovery final notice of £170! The company is G24 LTD. I broke down in their car park in Crossley Retail Park Carpet Trades Way Kidderminster and AA came out to recover so the amount of time allowing was over. What’s my next step please do I need to contact DCBL? There’s loads on here saying not to but I feel like I have to act.

Why do you feel you have to act when the advice is to ignore dcbl
What makes you want to go against high quality advice3 -
I have reported your post showing the powerless debt collector letter because you have left personal information showing. You should report it as well.
As already advised, debt collectors are powerless and can safely be ignored.
The advice to ignore a parking charge notice from an unregulated private parking company has not been given on this forum since the law was changed in 2012, so you have been following old and out of date advice.
Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP, and it is never too late to do so.
