Am I entitled to a full refund?

Hey all,
After reading all the messages, I decided to just accept the offer of £400 for the laptop, does frustrate me that I was just weeks away from a full refund instead, despite everything. £200 loss is a big hit. They had acknowledged that I should’ve been referred to Acer at the first point of call because I was in warranty, where I would’ve got a diagnostic to entitle to me to the full refund there and then. And whilst they understand I was let down in that initial advice which delayed things they are sticking by their offer.I wouldn’t be able to replace the laptop of that spec (which was on offer at the time) for the refund offered, but it’s better than having a laptop sat there which can’t be used!0
