How can I report a mechanic who has done botch jobs ?

    You can report him to the company he works for
    If he is a sole trader there's nothing you can do except 'report' him all over local social media but be careful not to get emotional, just state facts that he can't dispute
    Or you can take him to small claims court if you have evidence from another mechanic that the job was definitely botched

    What is your reason for wanting to report this mechanic?  Are you wanting to get poor workmanship rectified or is it more about protecting/warning other consumers?

    I have evidence he did a botch job.

    Out of curiosity did he tell you he was going to basically glue the split pipe?
    it does seem like a poor level of service should of just replaced it.
