Info needed British Gas peak saver sundays
i joined BG in December and engineer told me about joining peak saver Sunday. I went to website and completed required details and got email back to say thanks we will let you know. After that nothing for ages. I phoned the chat line and spoke to a lovely lady who had no idea what peak saver was. I contacted BG direct and had email back to say sorry we didn’t respond but I am def signed up for peak saver.
i have just had my statement for the month and nothing about ‘discount’ elec is on there but my sisters bill clearly states how much she has saved via peak sundays. I am hoping to get through to them tomorrow to discuss but has anyone else had issues? Do you get notified each Sunday? No idea if I am in it or not now

They stopped doing notifications of each saving period last summer.
What do you mean by your monthly statement? BG only produce statements every 6 months.
I don't see anything on the website account for Peak save (other than downloading my statement) but if I use the BG APP then there is a Peak Save section there which does show my savings.0 -
BG send me an email monthly saying how many £ i have saved that month. I don't see it on my bill. So long as you are registered you will be saving.0
