Vinted

Hi, I sold an item on Vinted and posted it using the shipping label generated. The buyer didn’t receive it and was refunded. I had tracking info and Royal Mail investigation confirmed it was delivered. I have contacted Vinted numerous times but keep getting the same reply “ Unfortunately, because you didn’t use the integrated shipping label we have provided we can’t support you in this matter”.

Any suggestions as to how I can get my money back as I followed the correct procedure etc. Thanks

Just one question, was this a RM parcel or an Inpost to home which comes up as RM48 ? The difference is that an Inpost to home, whilst showing RM must be dropped off in an Inpost box or shop and often doesn’t track at all if taken to a PO.

Thank you, I’ve attached a photo of the shipping label, I sent it from the post office.

That’s definitely an RM then. Your only hope is to email the legal department, if I can find the address on one of the facebook groups I’ll post it here. However, even that is manned initially by bots and you may need to be persistent.

Thanks, I have already used the email address legal@vinted and they keep saying I didn’t use “the integrated shipping label….” and their decision is final:
I have emailed to ask what their “established process” is, they haven’t responded. It seems unfair as I haven’t done anything wrong. The person who bought my trainers said that the postal address on the receipt was incorrect which I didn’t understand. Do you have a different address that I can email Vinted please,

As far as I can see there is no other recognised email or contact for Vinted unfortunately.

I've been having a look to see if I can find anything to help, but Vinted are notoriously difficult at contacting and so far I can't  find any other way of getting hold of them to re visit their decision. I do like Vinted but would be first to acknowledge that their customer service is almost non existent.

Depending on the value of the item you could try the buyer direct, but the problem with that is you don't have their full address, but does the POP (assuming you have one) show house number and postcode?
