Yahoo Email not updating

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone else has had any issues with yahoo.co.uk email accounts?

Since Friday 24th January 2025, I have received absolutely NO emails at all, despite sending test ones, nothing appears in my inbox on my phone, browser, app - nothing at all.

I have tried resetting passwords, clearing caches...everything....

I have also tried account recovery with yahoo!, but still nothing received.

It seems impossible to actually contact Yahoo! without a paid subscription...unless anyone has an email address?

Has anyone else having/had similar issue, and if so, did it get resolved?

I have had to change my email address on here so I can actually get any comments back.

Hope someone might be able help me...

Thanks
David

Most likely Junk Mail or you've set up a filter to send everything to a folder you can't see.

Sign in on the web on a computer and see what happens - http://mail.yahoo.com -

I received just one single email this morning....I usually get loads of different ones, so I can't think it's a filter issue, I don't have any on the account....

    ...so I am completely lost....

Doesn't help much but my account is OK, albeit it's a yahoo.com one.

Good luck, if there is one I couldn't find it last time I looked, Yahoo are very keen to sign you up for their £/$5/mth telephone support.

Could try their support on X 🤮. @YahooCare

ETA - if you are familiar w/ Reddit, their account there seems to be active

Thank you all, at the moment I have received 3no emails since I started this thread. With my usual activities, I would have had at least a few dozen by now...there is definitely something wrong at Yahoo's end.
I have requested an email recovery, maybe that will bring back the 'lost' email from the past 24h and maybe give my account a 'refresh'...I'll post when I get the results
