A property i am due to go and see

Options
I looked at a new property 3 bed and I list the a few jobs wondering it’s it’s expensive or a big job

There’s two lights hanging from ceiling like lamps. Could I remove these and replaster only the holes and repaint the ceiling? Or would whole lot need done?

It has panels on the walls in bathroom. Would removing these damage the walls?

The fence is black and if I wanted to paint it grey would that work or as it’s already dark would it not take?

The walls have TVs and units attached and some boxes in bedroom again would plastering those areas be a big job?

I reckon including new carpets maybe £5 grand which isn’t too bad?

Pendant lights could be removed. You'll probably need to fit a junction box that has maintenance free (Wago type) connectors inside. A small patch of plasterboard with a bit of filler over the top will hide the damage.
Fixings for the TV mounts - Again, a bit of filler is likely all that is needed, plus a bit of paint afterwards.
Panels in the bathroom - Really depends on how they've been fixed up originally and what state the plaster is in behind. You might get away with using filler to fill a few holes, or you might need to strip back to brick and replaster. You won't know until you start. So plan for the worst and be happy if it just needs patching.

Grey paint on a fence.... Really.... You do know that colour is no longer fashionable ?
If you must, grey over black will come out a shade or two darker. So budget on putting three or four coats on.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

If you remove the ceiling lights, how are you planning on lighting the room?

You can panel over panels for a quick fix.
They do quite wide edgings now and you'd need some imagination as to how that wouldn't look cheapskate. A tall slim shelf against it top to bottom would do it. Put some fancy things on there or store all the junk that accumulates around the bathroom.
