For some reason my vinted account has changed back to an old account and I cant access the current one. I have funds in the account and items for sale. Does anyone know the quickest and most reliable way to contact vinted? I've tried on the online contact form but they haven't responded

My wife had exactly this issue a few months ago. 

It turned out that she was signing into Vinted the wrong way. 

Her old  unused account she kept getting in to was email sign in, but her current one (with items selling and funds) was an apple sign in, (Google sign in is another method too) 

Make sure you're signing in the correct way.
