my Evri courier is refusing to deliver my parcels be I pulled her about the way she was throwing my parcels about. Now after a month they are “lost”
I have been in touch with Evri who say they can’t find the parcels in their depot. Not only is she refusing to deliver mine it’s any parcel coming to my address. What else can I do?

That is shocking. Can you not divert to an Evri ParcelShop or Locker?0

They are perfectly at liberty to refuse to deliver to whatever address they choose to - especially to avoid any future problems.
If you complained about the handling of a delivery - you must have witnessed it so how can it then have gone missing ?
As above - look at delivery to a locker etc1 -
They can refuse to deliver to you I think, just as any business can decide not to do business with you as long as they're not discriminating on the basis of a protected characteristic.
The "lost" parcels are a different matter. They're not entitled to dispose of, steal or otherwise deliberately lose things. However, your contract is with the retailer (if these parcels are things you've bought from retailers). If items haven't been delivered then the retailer owes you a refund.0 -
Hello OP
If these parcels are sent from retailer's then the contract will be between them and Evri so what Evri do isn't really for you to pursue with them but instead go back to the retailer and request they resolve the matter.
Technically if the retailer breaches the contract they leave themselves open to damages, if any, but very few people bother to chase this due to the time and probably small amounts involved.
If buying from outside the UK you are bit stuck other than chargeback for non-receipt if paying by card.
If this is private people sending you stuff, say grandma sending birthday presents, they'll need to claim for the missing parcels.
How good Evri does is very much down to the driver doing the last leg, ours is great so we get good service, sounds like yours perhaps isn't so you don't.
I think there is an email contact for Evri on the CEO email website which might gain a response but the company as a whole has done their best to distance themselves from the customer when things aren't running smoothly which might leave you stuck between a rock and hard place sadlyIn the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -

I have stopped using Evri to send parcels after appalling experiences with late and lost parcels. However parcels being delivered TO me are fine. The local delivery persons are great- professional, friendly, timely etc.0
