1.      Introduction

a)      The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b)     By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c)      The Prize Draw starts at 00:01 (GMT) 23rd January 2025 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) 12th February 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

 

2.      Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a)      Participants must:

                                                i.     be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address; and

                                               ii.     be aged 18 or over.

b)     The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c)      By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

 

3.      How does the Prize Draw work?

a)      No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

b)      To enter the Prize Draw participants must enter their details (being their full name and a valid email address) into Radley’s online form at https://www.radley.co.uk/competitions/valentines-day (the “Entry”).   

c)      Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

d)      All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                                                i.     Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                                               ii.     any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

e)      On 13th February 2025, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

f)       The winner will be notified on 14th February 2025 to the email used to enter the Prize Draw (the “Notification”).   

g)      The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within seven (7) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h)      The winner will receive the Radley Products within thirty (30) days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)).

i)       The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j)       If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

4.      What is the Prize?

a)      The winner will receive:

                                           i.         2 x Radley handbags of their choice, each up to the value of £250 from www.radley.co.uk and 2 x 4 Wheel Carry On Lexington Suitcases (SKU: T6562001) (the “Radley Products”);

                                          ii.         One overnight stay for two people at South Place Hotel, located at 3 South Pl, London EC2M 2AF (the “Stay”), including a two-course dinner in the South Place Hotel restaurant (the “Dinner”);

                                         iii.         One voucher for London Theatre Direct, valued at £200 (the “Voucher”); and

                                         iv.         Travel to and from the Stay via train (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley on behalf of the winner (the “Travel Expenses”),

(together the “Prize”).

b)     The Prize is subject to availability.

c)      The choice of Radley Products is subject to stock availability online and cannot be redeemed on the Picture Bag range, or at any Radley stores, concessions, or stockists.

d)     Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner.

e)      The Stay must be booked in advance and is subject to availability and vacancies at the South Place Hotel. The Stay is valid for 6 months from the start date of the Prize Draw Period. In order to book, the winner must contact South Place Hotel through the email address given in the Notification. For the avoidance of doubt, the room for the Stay shall be allocated at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel.

f)      The Stay includes a Dinner which must be booked in advance. The Dinner will include two courses (either a starter and main course, or a main course and dessert) for the winner and their guest, and a bottle of house wine (or non-alcoholic alternative). The winner will be responsible for the cost of any additional courses or drinks.

g)      The winner is responsible for informing South Place Hotel of any dietary requirements or allergens.

h)     The Stay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to South Place Hotel’s Terms and Conditions (https://southplacehotel.com/terms-conditions/).

i)       The Prize does not include (i) the cost of transportation to and from the Stay outside of what is specified in clause 4(a)(iv), (ii) the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(a) above, or (iii) any other costs in relation to the Stay, including but not limited to early or late check-in fees or service fees. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(a) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

j)       Entry to South Place Hotel shall be at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of South Place Hotel at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by South Place Hotel to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.

k)      The Stay is organised and run by South Place Hotel. Any decisions regarding this Stay are at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel.

l)       The Voucher will be sent to the email address used to enter the Prize Draw and will expire 12 months from the purchase date of the Voucher. Radley will take no responsibility for the winner’s failure to redeem the Voucher before the expiry date.  

m)    The Voucher is subject to London Theatre Direct’s Terms and Conditions available at www.londontheatredirect.com/terms-conditions.

n)     Prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash . Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

 

5.      General

a)      Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b)     Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.

c)      If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

d)     Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/). Any personal information provided to third parties, including South Place Hotel will be subject to their privacy policies (see South Place Hotel privacy policy here: https://southplacehotel.com/privacy-policy/).

e)      The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

f)      The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

g)      Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.

h)     With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

i)       This Prize Draw is run by Radley in affiliation with South Place Hotel, it has no affiliation with London Theatre Direct and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not the South Place Hotel or London Theatre Direct.

k)      These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
