Flooding or not Flooding

I have just got my Buildings and Contents renewal and it has nearly doubled from last year. When I queried it with them they were not able to give me a reason so I decided to shop around.
One question that comes up on Web sites is whether there has ever been a claim for flooding on our property.

In 2002 we had a blocked sewer resulting in about an inch of standing water outside the house and it took Anglian Water a week to come out and unblock it. We had to make a claim as the DPC was not working properly resulting in damp in 2 floors and 3 walls. We also had a chemical DPC injected as part of the remedial work. At no time did we have running water inside the house.
I would argue that our claim was not for flooding but for water ingress as a result of the blocked sewer.

My question is, how do I answer the question regarding flooding as I want to make sure that I do invalidate any policy?
