     You are probably best complaining by post addressed to compliance / data protection officer

    If you spend five seconds googling, their privacy policy gives you their registered offices in this country where you can send a letter addressed to the data or there is also a clickable link to email. 
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

     Its still better to write formal complaints via snail mail

    I'd send a letter to the registered office as shown on Companies House
