When switching on my laptop this morning it automatically went to New Outlook. In the past I have been able to go the help and it came up with Classic outlook. Up until now I have always been able to switch but I cant now. Has it been scrapped completely I understood it would be available until the end of 2026. is there anyway I can resurrect it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not work!!In my opinion New Outlook is rubbish and a step back. Any advise would be most useful. Thank You

This automatic switch will only occur for those using personal Microsoft accounts"Other email clients are available.

I did post about this when I took delivery of my new PC with Windows 11 and Office that I purchased only to discover the desire of M$ to switch me to new Outlook. I have no problems with it per se but there is no calendar. I tried contacting M$ but got the usual response - zero! If anyone uses it and has found a way to a activate calendar AND pull through the calendar entries, I would be pleased to read about it.

To export your events from the Windows Calendar app, use the instructions at Export emails and contacts from Windows Mail or People and import to new Outlook."
Failing that, plenty of Calendar apps on the MS Store:
