Nutec loft insulation

Had my loft surveyed this afternoon. Was told it need to be done and was quoted over £6000 to insulate the rafters. £3000 to remove fibre glass insulation and replaced. Does this seem fair or am I being scammed. Thanks

Just to add, to ensure proper thermal performance and eliminate the risk of condensation problems in the loft, make sure the product is BBA certified and that they've carried out proper dew point calculations for your property
