Jaja Card Application

Totally confused just applied for a jaja card said I was approved with the credit limit quoted etc went through then it said it has to review the application and asked me to verify my ID so I did the selfie and photo of ID etc went to next page said verify complete then the website crashed and haven’t had any emails or anything, doesn’t seem there’s a number to call either, anyone else has this same experience?.

A very quick google gives 0345 607 6500 as their number, open until 19:00 tonight.

Yeah I called that and it wasn’t a application line but they give me an email address to get in touch with which I did but it seems since all that I’ve received an email now to create my PIN number so guessing it’s all gone through.

Similar thing happened to me over a year ago with Jaja, I received the card about 5 days later. 

All was good with it. Very easy to use.

Yeah card is on the way now so all good, card looks smart too, as you’ve had the card for a good while do they give you money and balance transfer offers at all, I’ve got a 4 month interest free on spending but just wondered if they give you promotions every so often?.
